Fundamentals

Fundamentals is designed for the person with little to no CrossFit experience or someone who wants a refresher on basic movements in CrossFit. In these 5 classes we will cover squats, deadlifts, overhead pressing, snatches and cleans. After completing the 5 sessions, you move right into regular classes at the membership option of your choice.
